Start a board with an idea

What can Vibe build from a prompt?

Vibe uses your description to create a board with groups, columns and starter items in your selected workspace. Review the result, add real owners and dates, and adjust it to fit your team.

If AI is unavailable, Snappi may create a basic board for you to build on.

Describe the work

Select your workspace and open Vibe. Describe what the board should track, the stages work moves through and the details you need on each item.

Generate your board

Use the generation button or press Ctrl + Enter on Windows and Linux, or Command + Enter on Mac. When the board is ready, Snappi opens it so you can continue editing.

If AI is unavailable, Snappi may start you with a basic board that you can build on.

Make it yours

1. Review the groups, columns and starter items.
2. Rename or remove anything that does not fit your workflow.
3. Add real tasks, owners and dates.
4. Choose the views that help your team work.

Review generated content before relying on it. A clear prompt helps create a useful starting point, and you stay in control of the final board.

After generation, choose the right board views and give teammates the access they need.
