Terms of Service
By using Snappi you agree to these terms. We’ve kept them short and readable.
1. The service
Snappi is a work-management SaaS — boards, items, owners, statuses, and APIs to manipulate them. Operated from Colombo, Sri Lanka. Contact: [email protected].
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- Use a valid email. Keep your sign-in method secure — anyone who can read your inbox or Google account can sign in as you.
- One account per person. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
3. Acceptable use
Don’t use Snappi to:
- Break the law, infringe IP, or harass anyone.
- Send malware, phishing, or spam through any Snappi feature (boards, comments, email triggers).
- Reverse-engineer the service, scrape data at scale, or probe security without prior written consent.
- Run a competing service powered by raw Snappi access.
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these rules with reasonable notice (or immediately, if the breach is severe).
4. Your data & content
- You own your content. Boards, items, comments, attachments — yours.
- You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, and display your content solely to operate the service for you.
- We don’t train on your data — not internally, not with third-party models, not for ads.
- You can export or delete your data at any time (see Privacy Policy).
5. Pricing & billing
While in early access, Snappi is free. Paid plans will be announced at least 30 days before any pricing applies to existing accounts. You’ll be opted in only after explicit consent.
6. Availability
We aim for high availability via Cloudflare’s global edge and Neon Postgres, but Snappi is provided “as is” during early access. No formal SLA yet. Planned maintenance is announced in-app at least 24h ahead when possible.
7. Third-party services
Snappi relies on Cloudflare (compute, storage), Neon (database), Resend (email), and optionally Google (OAuth sign-in & Google Calendar integration). Their terms apply to interactions you have with them directly.
7a. Google Calendar integration
Connecting Google Calendar from Settings → Integrations is an optional feature. By connecting, you authorise Snappi to access your Google Calendar with the scopes calendar.events and calendar.readonly on your behalf, solely so we can display your events inside Snappi, create events you explicitly schedule from within the app (including auto-provisioning a Google Meet link when you opt in), and look up free/busy windows to suggest times when other connected workspace members are also free.
You can disconnect at any time from Settings → Integrations, which deletes the OAuth tokens and all cached events from Snappi within minutes. You can also revoke Snappi’s access from your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Snappi’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, share it with third parties, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI/ML models. For specifics, see the Google Calendar section of the Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time by emailing us. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms; in that case you receive a 30-day window to export your content unless legally prohibited.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Snappi is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability in any 12-month period is capped at the greater of (a) fees you paid us in that period (currently zero) or (b) USD 100.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Snappi against third-party claims arising from content you upload or actions you take through the service.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Disputes are subject to the courts of Colombo unless local consumer law gives you a stronger venue right.
12. Changes
Material changes are announced by email and become effective 14 days after notice. Continuing to use Snappi after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
