Guide 10

Make Snappi feel like yours

Manage your profile, sign-in and notifications in one place.

Update your profile

  1. Open Settings → Profile.
  2. Update your avatar, display name and time zone. Snappi fills the time zone in from your browser; pick one to fix it. Reminders and the morning digest follow it.
  3. Choose Save changes.
  4. Wait for the saved confirmation before leaving.

Your display name and avatar help teammates recognize you throughout the workspace.

Choose your notifications

Snappi emails you when something needs your attention, and every email has its own switch in Settings → Notifications:

  • My tasks — a task is assigned to you; its status or due date changes; someone comments on it; you are @mentioned.
  • Reminders — a task is due within 24 hours; a task is overdue (once, when it passes its date); a morning digest at 8:00 in your time zone with what needs attention now, what is due today and anything overdue.
  • Workspace — new form responses; invitations accepted and other workspace events.
  • Messages — a direct message arrives while you are not online, at most once per conversation every 30 minutes.
  • Team (owners and admins) — a weekly summary of each member’s open, overdue and completed tasks, and an alert when someone has three or more overdue tasks.

Turn any of them off, or use the top switch to pause all notification email at once. Select Save changes. You never get email about your own actions, and sign-in codes and security notices always arrive.

Under Send email to, you can route notification email to a different address than the one you sign in with. Enter the address, then the 6-digit code we send to it. Your sign-in email stays the same.

Every notification email ends with a Stop all notification email link, which pauses everything in one click; turn email back on from the same settings page.

Use Enable desktop notifications to request browser permission. If permission is blocked, change it in your browser’s site settings. Desktop notifications cover new messages, follow requests, calls and your bell, and appear while Snappi is open but not in front.

In the Snappi phone app, Settings → Notifications → On this phone has a Phone notifications switch and a list of which alerts reach your phone. See Snappi on your phone.

Manage your sign-in

Open Settings → Security & 2FA to review your sign-in methods. Despite the navigation label, a two-factor setup flow is not currently available.

If you have a password, enter the current password and your new password, confirm it and choose Update password. Google and magic-link users can use Set password to add password sign-in.

To change your email address, use the email section and complete its verification steps. Keep access to the inbox you are verifying.

Recover a forgotten password

Choose Forgot your password? on the sign-in or security screen and request a reset email. Open the reset link and follow the instructions to choose a new password.

Reset links expire. If the link has expired, request a fresh one and use the newest email.

Manage connections and AI access

Open Integrations to connect supported services and manage existing connections. Tiles marked Soon are not ready to connect.

In AI connections, you can create a named token and choose its access level for a compatible assistant. Copy a new token when it is shown; it will not be displayed again. Keep tokens private and revoke connections you no longer need.

Review your current usage and available options in the AI credits and billing settings before purchasing or changing a plan.

Manage workspace or account changes

Workspace owners can change workspace details and save them in Workspace settings. Use Members & invites for team access.

The security page also lets you request account deletion. Read the grace period and confirmation details shown there; submitting a request does not immediately delete the account. Workspace deletion is a separate action in workspace settings.
