Is Snappi really free?
Yes — during early access, everything is free with no card required. You get the full product: unlimited boards, all 8 views, integrations, and the AI Sidekick. When paid plans launch, a generous free tier will remain.
Will I lose data when pricing launches?
No. Your boards, items, files, and integrations stay exactly where they are. Early-access workspaces carry over untouched — pricing changes what future plans include, not what you already have.
Can I self-host the MCP server?
Yes. The Snappi MCP server is open source — grab it at github.com/cyber-kani/snappi-mcp, run it anywhere, and connect Claude or any MCP-compatible AI tool to your workspace.
How do I get support?
Every early-access workspace gets direct support from the team building Snappi. Reach us any time via the contact page — you will hear back from the people who wrote the code, not a ticket queue.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or education?
We plan to. When paid plans launch, nonprofits and educational teams will get discounted pricing. Contact us now and we will make sure your workspace is covered when the time comes.
