your entire team.

No. Each package is one price for the whole team: Starter is $24 a month for up to 10 people together, not $24 each. That works out at $2.40 a person when all ten use it. Only people beyond the ones included cost extra ($5, $4 or $3 a month each), and viewers and guests are always free.

Yes. Every new workspace gets Starter free for 14 days: video meetings, 1:1 calls, recording, request forms, automations and 100 AI credits. No card is needed. When the 14 days end the workspace moves to Free by itself unless you keep Starter, and nothing is deleted. We remind you 3 days and 1 day before. One trial per owner and per company email domain.

Owners, admins and members, which is everyone who can edit. Every package includes a number of them: 7 on Free, 10 on Starter, 20 on Team, 50 on Business. Viewers, who can read but not edit, are free and unlimited. People you invite to a single board, guests who join a meeting from a link, and the clients in your Client Rooms are not counted either; meeting guests do count toward the meeting’s people limit (15 on Starter, 50 on Team, 100 on Business, 250 on Enterprise). Meetings start on Starter.

Yes. Free includes 7 people at no cost and no card. To add more, choose Add people by card in Settings → Billing: each extra person is $4 a month ($40 a year), with no upper limit. The subscription buys at least one extra person and afterwards follows the size of your team. Free stays basics-only: meetings, calls, recording, forms and automations start on Starter.

On Free, the 8th person needs a card: add people by card at $4 a month each. On Starter, nothing stops: the 11th person is billed at $5 a month ($50 a year on yearly billing) straight away, for the rest of the current period (prorated, on a separate invoice). Removing a person gives a prorated credit on your next invoice.

Starter with extra people costs the same as Team at 19 people ($24 + 9 × $5 = $69), and Team with extra people costs the same as Business at 40 ($69 + 20 × $4 = $149). From there the bigger package is the cheaper one and adds more, so Snappi suggests it at that point. On Free, Starter is $24 for your first 10 people and includes meetings, calls and 250 AI credits a month; Free with 12 people is $20 a month.

Video meetings, 1:1 calls and 250 AI credits a month are included, with forms, 1,000 automation runs, unlimited boards, 5 dashboards, 25 board guests, 10 GB of storage and recordings kept 90 days. Free has none of these, and AI there is prepaid from $5.

The Support desk, Client Rooms, Helix and the API. On Team, each client can get a branded room with their boards, a meeting link and a monthly AI recap, and never pays. requests from your website widget or your product’s API land on a board as tasks, with who asked and the whole conversation, and your team replies from the task. Team also brings the Helix delivery workflow, API tokens and the MCP server, 10,000 automation runs a month (ten times Starter), unlimited rules and dashboards, 1,000 AI credits, 50 GB of storage, meetings for 50 people and recordings kept for a year. At $69 it includes 20 people.

For agencies working with many clients: unlimited board guests, so every client can have a seat on their board at no cost; unlimited automation runs (fair use); recordings and history kept until you delete them; 15 Client Rooms, 2,500 AI credits a month, 250 GB of storage, meetings for 100 people and priority email support. At $149 it includes 50 people.

Remove someone in Settings → Members and the extra-person charge stops. The unused part of what you paid for them is credited to your next bill. If you are under the number included, nothing changes.

Seven people included (more at $4 a month each, by card), three boards, one dashboard, three board guests, unlimited viewers, 2 GB of storage and 7 days of history, with every task view, direct text messages, live presence, the calendar, Notebook text notes, CSV and Trello import and the phone app. Free does not include video meetings, calls, recording, request forms or automations; those start on Starter. Free has no AI credits included, but you can prepay for AI from $5.

Yes. Yearly is ten months’ price, so two months are free: Starter $240, Team $690, Business $1,490 a year. Extra people follow the same rule: $40 on Free, then $50, $40 and $30 a year. Monthly is $24, $69 and $149, with extras at $4, $5, $4 and $3. You choose when you subscribe and can switch later.

Cancel any time in Settings → Billing. The package runs to the end of the period you paid for, a month or a year, and the workspace then moves to Free. Your data stays yours, and every board can be exported to CSV or Excel.

AI credits pay for Sidekick, Vibe and the other AI features; an ordinary request uses 1 credit. They are shared by the workspace and added to its balance every month on Starter and above. Free includes none, but any workspace can prepay: top-up credits from $5 never expire. The AI note taker also runs on notes pages, which you can recharge by card from $6 (about $110 per 1M characters, about 16 hours of meetings).

Export a CSV from Jira, Asana, ClickUp, monday.com, Notion or Airtable, or a JSON file from Trello, and import it into a Snappi board. Task names, groups, statuses, priorities, due dates and descriptions come across. See the switching guides for each tool.

If fewer than 3 of your people use Snappi in a month and nobody meets, calls or uses AI, that month costs half. Automatically. “Fewer than 3” is the Starter number; it is 4 on Team and 10 on Business (a fifth of the people included, never fewer than 3). The credit is half of that month’s price, extra people included, and lands on your next invoice. It applies up to 3 times in any 12 months, and only on the paid packages: Free costs nothing in a quiet month, and Enterprise is arranged with us.

If you are on Team with yearly billing and still locked into another tool, tell us and we credit one month of overlap on your next invoice, so you are not paying twice while you move. We check each request by hand. It is for Team yearly only.

Founding Agency is the Sri Lanka launch offer for up to 50 qualified Sri Lankan agencies: the Team package with guided onboarding and migration from one existing system, with the price protected for 24 months. It is arranged with the Snappi team rather than bought by card.

Talk to us about Enterprise. Business has no upper limit, with every person beyond 50 at $3 a month, but at this size a tailored package often fits better.
